Venue Details
TwitchCon will take place at RAI Amsterdam at Europaplein 24 1078 GZ Amsterdam. Travel and parking information can be found here.
Badge Pick Up:
We strongly recommend picking up your badge on Friday before the show starts, plus if you get there early, you can claim a special gift. Nice! (While supplies last, of course).
Please bring your email confirmation with QR code to the registration area in Congress Square to pick up your official TwitchCon Amsterdam badge. A government-issued photo ID (showing you are 16+) must be presented to receive a badge.
Here are the time slots you can collect your badge:
- Friday, 15 July from 12:00-20:00
- Saturday, 16 July from 09:00-19:00
- Sunday, 17 July from 09:00-15:00
Badge Policy
Always wear your badge in a visible place. Security will ask you to show your badge, so please be prepared to do so. You’ll also need it to attend any TwitchCon event, including all events at The RAI Amsterdam.
- Badges are non-transferable and are tied to your Twitch account. Please do not give your badge to anyone (including your friends). If you lose your TwitchCon badge, you can visit the Help Desk at Registration–just know that lost or stolen badges will incur a fee for replacement.
Safety & Security
Your safety is our top priority, and we’re committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all. Please take a moment to review our Code of Conduct. Failure to follow these policies may result in removal from the convention without a refund.
Health Measures
TwitchCon Amsterdam will follow all applicable public health and safety guidelines as well as guidelines enforced by the venue itself (see COVID-19 venue measures). We will continue to keep you updated on any major changes by posting any updates on the health measures section of Twitchcon.com. For the most up to date government guidance, keep an eye on Netherlands Entry requirements.
Bag Policy
Backpacks are prohibited. Attendees may bring in one bag (again, no backpacks) with a maximum size of 12”W x 12”H x 6”D. If you choose to bring a bag, it will be subject to search during entry.
Please leave backpacks, luggage, large bags, and bulky clothing at your hotel or home. Backpacks purchased at the event are not eligible for re-entry (including Twitch-branded backpacks). There will be a bag check on-site but space will be limited. We encourage all attendees to use the TwitchCon giveaway swag bag, or consider a small fanny pack or clear bag to expedite entry.
